Jawan Monday Test: Shahrukh's film 'Jawaan' failed in Monday test, this much has been earned so far in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu

The shine of the Atlee-directed film 'Jawaan' starring actors Shahrukh Khan, Nayanthara, Deepika Padukone, and Vijay Sethupathi, which hit the box office like a tsunami in the first four days of its release, suddenly faded on Monday. Compared to Sunday, the film 'Jawaan' collection fell by about 63 percent on this day. The movie faces a significant challenge to perform well in the remaining working days of this week. It is also being said that the collection of the film in the first four days of its release was excellent due to corporate booking, and its real test at the box office has now started. However, the figures testify that the film 'Pathan' collection had also fallen by about 56 percent on the first Monday of its release; despite this, the film successfully earned about Rs 540 crore at the box office.

The film 'Jawaan' was released last week on Janmashtami, on 7th September. Its director, Atlee, and actor Shahrukh Khan are extensively praised for the film's story. The film comments on the country's current issues, and the protagonist is seen struggling to improve the condition of farmers and hospitals. Due to these social messages, the film was liked by a large section of the audience, and the film managed to create many earning records in the first weekend.

Including the initial figures of Monday, the film 'Jawaan' has earned around Rs 316 crore at the domestic box office in the first five days of its release. The film earned a total of Rs 80.1 crore on the first Sunday of its release. The next day i.e., the first Monday of its release, the film could earn only around Rs 30 crore as per the initial figures. This decline in Monday's earnings compared to Sunday is about 63 percent, and according to Monday's test, it is not considered good.
