In addition to more than 18 cabinet ministers, four proposers - Pandit Ganeshwar Shastri, Baijnath Patel, Lalchand Kushwaha, and Sanjay Sonkar - will also be present at the nomination. These proposers, each with their unique backgrounds and contributions, are an integral part of the nomination process. Pandit Ganeshwar Shastri, a Brahmin, is a renowned scholar of astrology and Indian Sanatan tradition. He has determined the auspicious time of many ancient religious places, including the Kashi Vishwanath Temple and Ram Mandir Pran Pratishtha of Ayodhya. Baijnath Patel, an OBC community member, has been an old and dedicated worker of the Sangh, and Lalchand Kushwaha also belongs to the OBC community. Sanjay Sonkar, on the other hand, is from the Dalit community and represents the diverse social fabric of India.

The PM has chosen May 14 for his nomination, which coincides with the auspicious festival of Ganga Saptami. According to mythological beliefs, it is said that on this day, the river Ganga descended on earth. This choice of date not only reflects the Prime Minister's deep-rooted cultural understanding but also his involvement in religious events. Pandit Ganeshwar Shastri Dravid, who is one of the proposers, accepted the invitation with the hope that the nation would continue to prosper and remain happy. His family originally comes from Tamil Nadu in South India, and he is considered to be a learned Vedic Brahmin of Kashi, living on the banks of Ramghat Ganga in Varanasi. He has been involved in determining the auspicious time of many ancient religious places, including the Ram Mandir Pran Pratistha of Ayodhya, and was present in the sanctum sanctorum during the consecration of the Shri Ram temple in Ayodhya, along with Prime Minister Modi and other Vedic Brahmins, further highlighting the Prime Minister's personal connection to religious events.
